• Brick/brick perimeter dwarf walls (3/4 height wall to boundary), with windowboards
• Internal plaster finish (optional feature shown but not included in guide price)
• Skirting boards (optional feature shown but not included in guide price)
• Part height white PVCu fully reinforced frames glazed with clear toughened safety glass
• 1 x pair of double doors
• 12 x opening window vents
• Basic roof, glazed with clear 32mm Polycarbonate (optional upgrade to clear toughened sealed units shown but not included in guide price)
• Guttering, downpipes and rainwater disposal
• Silicone seal/lead flash new conservatory to main house wall
• 2 double electrical sockets connected to the existing ringmain
